We are a small sister-run business based out of Toronto, Canada.

At ADAE we strive to provide you with high quality, long-lasting jewelry. Each of our pieces undergoes a vigorous testing procedure with exact product materials listed on the individual product page. Please refer to our 'Materials' blog post for more information and our 'Jewelry Care' page for instructions on how to keep your pieces looking their best. 

Jewelry will be received in a protective box, with a pouch, thank you card and jewelry care tips. We are also happy to provide free handwritten, personalized cards which can be added to the box if noted at checkout.

We strive to ship every order in a timely manner. Please expect 1-3 days of processing time before your order is dispatched. 


We are happy to be able to offer shipping to Canada, U.S.A and the UK through our website. Rates are dependent on the shipping method chosen and is calculated at checkout. Free shipping is offered to all Canadian orders over $150.

If you are located outside of Canada, U.S.A and the UK and would like to place an order please contact us through email or Instagram DM to receive shipping estimates and draft an order.

Note: Shipping prices usually range from $5-$20 for both domestic and international orders dependant on the chosen shipping method.

After the initial processing time, orders typically take an average of 3-9 business days to be received. Please note: this timeframe is only approximate as shipping times are heavily dependent on the postal services. Disclaimer: Please expect longer shipment times due to COVID-19.

While we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once the package leaves our warehouse please send us an email and we will do our best to assist you. 

Due to COVID-19 we are currently not able to offer any returns or exchanges. However, if there are any problems with your purchase please contact us.
